- Jan 02, 12So in the summer of 2011 I entered the song I'd written for TeamAvsTeamB entitled So Alive, So Clear in the Abbey Road Anthems Competition, along with nine hundred or so others from around the world. I was not remotely expecting the amazing couple of months that followed being announced as a winner. Three days in the most famous studio in the world with the London Symphony Orchestra, Eric Whitacre Singers, Crouch End Choir, Paul Clarvis, Simon Hale and producer Jonathan Allen. See the youtube video above that accompanied the recording. The song speaks for itself, although Chris Salmon gave it a helping hand in this Guardian review.

TeamAvsTeamB are a Manchester based band with the added dimension of a virtuoso oboe. We've been gigging in this guise since February 2012 and have collected numerous new fans, played live on BBC Radio and gigged regularly in London and Manchester. Recent recording sessions at Airtight Studios in Manchester have started to become available with the video for That First Love released early July.
